Many couples that come
to a fertility center have already spent years trying to conceive
a child. Some have already been through preliminary testing or treatments.
When making your first appointment at the Fertility Institute you
will be asked to forward any relevant medical records and test results.
Dr.Daniel Navot or Dr. Zalman Levine will review these records in detail.
During your initial consultation, you will meet with Dr. Daniel Navot or Dr.
Zalman Levine
and together discuss treatment options and decide on a plan of care. If you have
never had a complete infertility work up, it will be done at the Institute. This
will include blood tests, hormonal analysis, assessment of fertility potential
and semen analysis. If you are 35 or older and have not conceived in at least
six months of unprotected sexual intercourse, a fertility evaluation is strongly
recommended. |
